With more than 23 years of international business experience across various sectors, including petrochemicals, consulting, environment, startups, travel, advertising, food, retail, pharmaceuticals, telecommunications, government and executive education, I am rooted in the depths of corporate world.

My professional journey began in consulting & logistics, where I held management positions with international responsibility for 13 years. During this time, I led cross-functional teams, managed projects and served numerous high-end clients in the petrochemical industry.

For the last 7.5 years, I have specialised in individual leadership and team dynamics within management teams, aiming to bring about organisational change. My wealth of business and human knowledge underpins my approach.

What makes my approach unique is my deep knowledge of ancient wisdom, passed on by shamans, gnostics and medicine women over the centuries. I believe in the power of integrating these timeless insights into modern business contexts, creating a holistic approach to leadership and growth.
